About

I build programs, grow people, and bring clarity to chaos. At Kami, I led the national Teaching & Learning team, building PD systems that weren’t just effective—they were scalable, measurable, and joyful. I created onboarding and certification programs, mentored facilitators into confident trainers, and tied all of it to real outcomes like usage growth and district renewals. Before that, I was Director of Professional Development at AXI, supporting 150+ districts and proving that good PD can actually be good. Along the way, I’ve co-hosted two podcasts (DAT Podcast and Teacher Teacher), spoken on stages at ISTE, LACUE, and beyond, and written a book (This Could Have Been an Email) about how to make PD suck less. Also, fun fact: I once spun the wheel on Wheel of Fortune (and yes, I solved a puzzle). When I’m not working, I’m probably solo-traveling, finding the best thing on the menu, or dancing to Afrobeat like no one’s watching—but kind of hoping they are.
