I am Apurva Kharbanda, an Educational Leader with Extensive Experience in School Administration, Policy- making, Academic Planning and Institutional Growth. Over the years, Aligning with CBSE NEP 2020 Guidelines, I have worked towards People management, Faculty Training, Parent Engagements and Team Leadership. I believe that education is not merely the transmission of knowledge, but the holistic development of human potential. A school must nurture not only academic excellence, but also character, empathy, creativity, critical thinking, and global citizenship. My philosophy as an educator and school leader is rooted in the conviction that every child can learn, grow, and succeed when provided with an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. As a Principal, I view my role as that of a visionary leader, instructional guide, and facilitator of growth—for students, teachers, and the wider school community. I strongly believe that happy schools create successful learners. When students feel respected, emotionally secure, and intellectually challenged, they become confident, self-directed, and lifelong learners. Leadership is not only a Designation, it is the ability to build People, System and a Strong Vision. A School is successful when Principal, as a Leader knows how to Manage Operations, inspire teachers, handle challenges and create a culture of Excellence. My leadership style is Firm with commitments and Timelines but empathetic. I am Passionate about, building a Value-driven institution, where the 3 major Stakeholders, students, parents and teachers work together with Trust and gratitude. I strongly believe that a Good School is not only build on Academics, but on relationships, consistency, communication and Leadership with Empathy.
