About

When people see me referred to & branded as the "Rockstar Realtor", I'll occasionally hear the question: Why? Simply put: because it matches my level of service/standards, personality, and my style. I have used my background in Technology, Marketing, & Entrepreneurship to establish myself in a crowded marketplace. Also, as a Real Estate Digital Marketer (REDM) Certified Realtor it has further allowed me to market properties in highly effectively. I will never put the property on the MLS and pray that it sells like many do. In the end, innovation, out-dating - and outworking my competition is my specialty. Each property (and client) requires a specific marketing plan, action plan, and a custom-tailored approach to make us successful. I always say that real estate is not just a career - to do it right it's a lifestyle. I offer full-time effort, commitment, & availability to my clients and am highly responsive throughout the process. I work weekends, nights, & holidays. This train makes no stops. I was awarded #1 Top Sales Producer in my company in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, & 2016. I was also awarded Homesnap's Excellence in Client Service Award in 2020 & 2021 and awarded the Top 5% in the Country Award, which is Homesnap's highest production award in 2022 & 2021. In 2024 & 2022, I was recognized as CityBeat Magazine's Best Realtor in Cincinnati & NKY for their 'Best Of' Segment as well as recognized by NKY Magazine as Best Realtor in NKY from their Best of NKY awards in 2024, 2023 & 2022. In addition, I was recognized as PropertySpark's Best Realtor on Social Media in the entire state of Kentucky in 2022 & 2024. I was also ranked #8 in Social Media in all of North America by PropertySpark in 2024. I founded The Nick Foltz Group to meet growing demand & have more omnipresence in the market place. This allowed us to be three different places at once in a market where inventory goes quickly, have an experienced team marketing your listings and working on your behalf every step of the way. I will always do everything on my side to make the process as simple as it can be and I'll always be honest with you throughout our journey together. To me it's NOT about selling a property - it's about doing such a great job for you, that you feel comfortable & confident referring everyone you know to use me in the future. Most importantly: I'm passionate, hungry, & determined to get you the results you hired me to get. Who do you know that's buying or selling real estate? I'm ready to help. - Nick Foltz, "Rockstar Realtor", REDM

  • Table Games Dealer at Caesars Entertainment Corporation
    Mar 2013 - Oct 2014 · 1 yr 8 mos

With a brief ambition to migrate to Las Vegas, NV to become a business owner, I knew that someone of my talents in the entertainment & hospitality industry would thrive in the Casino industry. With the objective of later pursuing an executive host position after infiltrating the industry as a Blackjack Dealer, shortly after my time with Horseshoe Cincinnati, I was recognized for my customer service skills and ability to deliver complicated large payouts on the fly and was welcomed to be one of the High Limit Blackjack Dealers. I knew that they casino industry would be the perfect transition to solidify myself into the struggling job market that exists in Las Vegas, without the fear of a job search when the move comes. The duties of a Dealer are never to be underestimated! Imagine, if you will, a chaotic table of people....they could be happy, they could be drunk, they could be flirtatious, they could be angry/combative - you have to have a solution to every problem as it's happening as well as being witty and crunching numbers. Money management is key and your are moving thousands and sometimes even hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. I made some strong connections throughout the city with many of my high-limit players and working there taught me a lot that proves relevant in my transition to real estate. *I learned even more how to refine the ability of working under pressure and much more than that, negative pressure. *how to take negative energy and reroute it to produce more positive results. *how to simplify complicated problems, both mathematically and psychologically and solve them quickly. *reading tones and body language even more than I already can. There were a lot of great things that came from working there. I also learned to always appreciate what you have, because so often I seen people with thousands of dollars that sadly wouldn't always leave with it.

  • Meet and Greet Agent at Costa Cruise Lines North America
    2006 - 2006 · Less than a year

I decided fulfilling a seasonal position Costa Cruise Lines would help me better understand the logistics of the Cruise Ship Industry. My position required me regulating the volume of passengers waiting to board. Observation and paying close attention to detail was pivotal in accommodating those with particular needs and in verifying travel documents, etc. This job also provided an excellent opportunity to work with multiple European nationalities, to utilize my German language skills, and pick up minimal Italian along the way. Another part of this position that was necessary was optimizing the ability to entertain those under stress and making their wait time an enjoyable one.
