I am currently employed as the Partnership Manager for Mossbourne Federation of Schools since 2016. I am not looking for other roles. I was a senior manager from 1995-2001, with experience of a broad range of services, both front line and strategic, and in the public, private and voluntary sectors. From 2001 until 2011 I was freelance, developing experience of Best Value (I am a trained BV inspector), programme management, setting up a national organisation, interim management, research, equalities and web content development. Clients included Barclays Capital, Veredus, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Home Office, HM Government Cabinet Office, Department for International Development, Olympic Development Agency, Audit Commission, Improvement and Development Agency, Commonwealth Local Government Forum, London Development Agency, QMW College, Public Policy Research Unit, Shadwell and St Katherines Trust, Best Value Inspection Service, Greater London Authority, Brighton and Hove Council London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Barnet, Enfield, Havering, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Southwark and Tower Hamlets. I have also worked for Hastings and Thurrock Borough Councils, West Ham & Plaistow NDC, and Stonewall. From 2008-2012 I was a councillor in Hastings, serving in the Cabinet there. I held a voluntary full-time role as Campaign Co-ordinator for Hastings & Rye Labour Party/PPC Sarah Owen from 2008-2015. After helping develop Stonewall's workplace outreach and Diversity Champions scheme I now am the Independent Assessor for employers in the top 30 of their Workplace Equality Index
