I was honored to have a job that offers the possibility of working in two different fields simultaneously: research and consulting. I support my PhD studies in E-grocery Supply Chain Management by developing projects for different companies that improve their competitiveness. This allows me to take a more realistic approach to my research. Our consulting group has broad professional experience working for manufacturing, services, and state-owned companies. In total, more than 100 Spanish companies have collaborated with us. We develop projects in many business areas such as Logistics, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Business Strategy Design, Lean Production, Human Resource Management and Marketing. The key to our work is the real University – Business Cooperation. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with this team and to keep learning day by day, while helping companies improve.
My research focuses on e-commerce logistics and operations. In addition, every year I teach two courses at the Industrial Engineering School: Marketing Strategy and Quality Control.
AdingorJoven emerges as a meeting point among young Industrial Engineering researchers from Spain. My job is coordinating the annual teaching workshop that we present at the Industrial Engineering Congress of Spain (CIO), where we discuss the present and the future of teaching with experts in this field.
