Michael Moore is the founder of the Achievers Network (Formerly Black Achievers), a premier nonprofit organization with over 400,000 members nationwide. Driven by his mission to build a strong community of business professionals, Michael focuses on creating a collaborative network to make the world a better, more equitable place for all. Recognized as one of 7 Leaders Making a Difference by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Michael is also the author of "Achieve Your Dreams." At 19, Michael taught himself coding, launching a successful web development business. His corporate career includes roles as an Account Manager for a Fortune 500 company and an IT Project Manager at one of Ohio’s largest banks. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School. Michael is the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and the Business Courier's "Everybody Belongs Here" CLIMB Award. He has also received the University of Cincinnati "Pillar of the Community Award." He serves on the board of directors for the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the board of advisors for the Salvation Army. Under Michael's leadership, the Achievers Network has raised over $5 million to fund its impactful programs, empowering individuals and building a vibrant ecosystem.
