About

I am an experienced and highly qualified professional with extensive skills in information technology, education, and business management. With a Master's degree in Education and an MBA, I have a strong academic background that complements my practical experience in teaching and research. As an Adjunct Professor of Information Technology at Seton Hall University, I have taught courses in Management Information Systems, Advanced Business Software Tools, and Developing Web Applications. I utilize instructional tools like Microsoft Teams, Blackboard, and YouTube to enhance the learning experience. I stay updated with the latest industry standards in web development and regularly revise the curriculum accordingly. I have also served as an adjunct professor at Monmouth University, Rowan University, Bowling Green State University, and Ocean County College. My teaching expertise spans Business Management, Communication, Computer Science, and Information Technology, both in face-to-face and online environments. I have taught and mentored a total of 693 students. In addition to teaching, I contribute to education through research and publication. My research focuses on student perceptions and improving instruction, especially in technology integration. I have been published in Business and Professional Communication Quarterly and serve as a journal article reviewer. I have presented my work at conferences such as Rutgers Online Learning Conference, ISTE, and AACE Global Learn. Outside academia, I run a website development and online marketing company since 2003, catering to businesses and individuals. I am also the CEO and Founder of a non-profit organization that advances educational technology, providing grants, scholarships, and resources. I believe in empowering learners and fostering connections. I created The Old Scholars Network on LinkedIn for former students to connect and assist each other with job opportunities. I also organize Scholarsgiving, an event for networking and mutual support among young scholars. I am open to new opportunities and collaborations in education, information technology, and business. If interested, please reach out. Let's make a positive impact together.
