For over 30 years, I searched for the perfect job—and found it in the classroom as an Associate Clinical Professor at Nazareth University. After a career as an executive with two major corporations, leading acquisitions, joint ventures, and global strategic alliances, I transitioned into teaching—and discovered work that is even more meaningful. In business, I operated at the intersection of strategy and execution: Led growth through acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships Negotiated international alliances that expanded market share Balanced creative marketing with disciplined financial decision-making Today, I bring that real-world experience into the classroom, helping undergraduate and graduate students develop the skills to think critically, act strategically, and lead with confidence. Teaching is not a second act—it’s the most important work I’ve done. What makes it the perfect job? -Seeing a student’s eyes light up when they solve a difficult problem -Helping a graduate land a dream job -Watching a classroom debate turn into real insight -upporting students through moments of uncertainty and growth -Staying connected—whether in person or on a Zoom call across the world -And yes, even the occasional eye roll at a bad joke People sometimes ask about my retirement plan. I usually say: “Being carried out of my office by EMTs.” Because the truth is simple— there’s nothing I’d rather be doing. My college honored me in 2017 with its Mentoring Award. I was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society in 2018. In 2019 I received the Life Works Champion Award.
This new program integrates business leadership and artificial intelligence with agility and innovation.
