Partnering closely with executive leadership and reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, I work on defining Pomeroy’s strategic roadmap: our GTM approach, service portfolio evolution, and building future‑ready delivery capabilities. I also lead the creation of Pomeroy’s AI‑powered services, including the development of BanzAI, Pomeroy's adaptive AI platform, and the expansion of our portfolio beyond digital workplace into cybersecurity and AIOps. My focus is on translating emerging technologies into scalable, outcome‑driven services that create measurable value for Pomeroy clients. I collaborate across portfolio development, solution delivery, marketing, and sales to craft the narrative for our AI‑empowered portfolio to ensure that our market messaging reflects not just what we do today, but where the industry is headed. I also work closely with global sales teams across the U.S. and Canada, enabling them with insights, frameworks, and perspectives needed to engage clients in strategic, future‑focused conversations.
