Climate and sustainability professional working at group level within an international manufacturing and supply‑chain context. My work centers on CSRD / ESRS implementation (with a strong focus on climate), including Scope 1–3 GHG emissions accounting, climate risk and scenario analysis, and science‑based target setting. I work with climate and regulatory data to generate decision‑relevant insights that support practical, business‑aligned decarbonisation strategies. My role includes coordinating group‑level climate data consolidation across multiple countries, supporting external audit and assurance processes, and contributing to the development of climate targets, policies, and frameworks that help guide operational decarbonisation efforts.
Focused on developing and analysing ESG and climate data to support reporting, compliance and internal decision-making across Nilörn Group. Work includes Scope 1–3 carbon accounting, tracking progress against climate targets such as SBTi, and supporting decarbonisation efforts through structured data, analysis and follow-up. I also contribute to the interpretation of climate and ESG-related information in ways that support reporting quality, risk awareness and more informed business decisions, while helping improve data structures, transparency and consistency across functions and subsidiaries.
Responsible for ensuring ESG compliance and accurate sustainability reporting in line with ESRS standards at the group level. Manage reporting of carbon accounting for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across the group. Conduct climate risk assessments and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and resilience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into operations and deliver transparent, data-driven disclosures.
Responsible for NA-KD 's sustainability reporting for 2023, in alignment with GRI standards, as well as preparing the reporting structure and content for the upcoming CSRD and ESRS reporting standards
Worked with real estate sustainability, with special focus on ESG strategy research (as per S&P CSA index) and sustainability certifications of properties. Involved in WELL certification, BREEAM-WELL Crosswalk and creation of evidence documents for BREEAM-In-Use certification of properties. Evaluated and suggested improvements for the company’s ecosystem service impact analysis tool. Created ‘sustainability parameters template’ for data collection from contractors and involved in sustainable mobility development. Conducted a gap analysis of the content of the company website and researched social initiatives for projects.
Experience in systematizing and minimizing the environmental impact of the operations of the business 'FEMIQUE', in reference to ISO14001 standards as a part of an academic project from Gothenburg University.
