Unlike traditional recruiters, I come from a hands-on engineering and architecture background, with 20+ years building mobile, fintech, and blockchain systems. I’ve designed and delivered mobile wallet platforms, trading applications, and cross-platform SDKs — so I understand what “good” actually looks like in both code and people.
