Reporting into the Chief Digital officer and a key partner to EVP, International. This role is responsible for accelerating growth across International Digital (EMEA, APAC and China) through strategy planning and prioritization; identification and deployment of new business models and partnerships; and evolving the global operating model. Key achievements to date: - Transformed strategy planning and identification of investment priorities across International - Created new Marketplace approach, including establishing Zalando in Europe, to complement vertical priorities - Designed and deployed approach to scale localization in partnership with ESW
- This role was accountable for the day to day online planning and trading of all non-store markets internationally, including USA, Australia and Europe. - Full P&L accountability, including control of marketing and logistics spend, delivering strong YoY growth across key markets - Accountable for site performance: KPIs include site conversion, NPS and repeat purchases - Responsible for identification and implementation of new growth opportunities, including new markets and new business models - Responsible for strategic offshoring of online operations, including periods of time spent in India establishing ways of working
