Global HR executive with + 15 years of experience leading HR strategy, talent, compensation, governance, and organization design in NASDAQ-listed, high-growth, and complex matrix organizations. I bring a rare blend of strategic vision and operational execution, having built and scaled HR infrastructures that support rapid international expansion, workforce transformation, and executive performance. Bilingual in French and English, I have led global mandates across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, including two years of international relocation in the United Kingdom.
Senior HR leader reporting to Chief People Officer within a national retail organization operating 19 stores across Canada and employing 5,000+ associates. Accountable for the people strategy supporting a client group of 1,300+ employees across corporate functions and distribution center operations. Lead and develop a team of 10 HR professionals (direct and indirect reports). Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, leadership capability, employee relations, and scalable talent strategies in a complex, multi-site environment.
Core member of the executive committee, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the Board and Compensation Committee. I built the HR function from the ground up, enabling the company to scale from 50 to 350 employees in 4 legal entities, 8 countries, and 5 global offices. I have led all aspects of talent strategy, executive compensation, rewards, succession planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational performance, while also overseeing corporate workplace experience across the global footprint. Additionally, I played a key leadership role in two successful M&A integrations, strengthening culture and operational alignment during periods of hypergrowth.
I supported 350+ employees across Canada and the U.S. in a standalone, high-accountability role for a hypergrowth business unit. My scope included executive coaching, leadership development, large-scale recruitment, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness, while leading a team of four HR professionals in a multi-site, international context.
