General and financial management of the projects. Missions : - General management and planning (works, files) - Meetings with the Owners and keeping of the minutes, - Relations with agents and authorities, - Financial reporting of operations to management, Project optimization, proposals for alternatives, Call for tenders, analysis and comparison of bids, Negotiations with companies, Management of awards, - Interface with the Technical Design Office: Feedback with analysis of award differences, Management of contracts / amendments (subcontractors and Owner), Financial management of the project (budget, payments, forecasts etc.) - Control of the application of safety obligations on the building sites as well as the application of internal procedures. - Construction site management, management of the work teams and acceptance of the work. - Management of final settlements Senior construction manager
