I learnt about aerobic granular sludge (AGS) & I was responsible for feed preparation (synthetic wastewater) for the granulator and bioreactor, performance and biomass analysis of bioreactor(Effluent and feed), DNA and PSA sample collection, Supervising bioreactor and granulator etc.
