About

A proven aviation executive with expertise in building and delivering multi-billion-dollar airport infrastructure portfolios across the public and private sectors, integrating master planning, asset management, and capital delivery into value-driven national aviation programs. Having operated across the full spectrum, as a contractor, as a client (within one of the world’s largest airport holding companies), and now as a senior consultant, I currently play a lead role within Saudi Arabia’s Airports PMO, supporting the delivery of the Kingdom’s national mega-CAPEX development programs across its airport network. My focus is on turning strategy into execution through strong governance, performance management, and delivery systems, ensuring that projects are not only delivered, but deliver measurable value, capacity, resilience, and long-term asset performance. I work closely with airport authorities, regulators, operators, and consultants to align investment decisions with national aviation objectives and Vision 2030 outcomes. In parallel, I support leadership roles across PMC and Design contracts with key Saudi airport authorities including RAC, JEDCO, and DACO, while contributing to regional efforts to position Egis as a leading provider of aviation engineering, program management, and advisory services in the Middle East. I hold an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School, an IATA Diploma in Airport Strategic Management (Distinction), and a B.B.A. in MIS, alongside PMP and KPIP certifications. My work has been featured by ACI Asia-Pacific, co-authored in the AWS Global Blog, and supported by a U.S. provisional patent for AI-based predictive maintenance for electro-mechanical airport assets.
