Master’s degree of Geotechnical and geological Engineering (In Morocco) with over 12 years’ experience. Currently working for Kinross Tasiast Mine as a Mine Operation Superintendent. Started my carrer as an Exploration Geologist, Grade control geologist, Geotechnical Engineer and later became Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Geotechnical Engineering Superintendent with Kinross Tasiast Mine from 2010 up to Now. Acquired excellent skills in geotechnical data collection, data interpretation through geotechnical analysis Engineering and Mining software such as Surpac, Leapfrog, Mapteck i-Site and all Rocscience software (Slide, Phase, etc.), skilled imput in D/B activity, L/H and Mine planning, Hydrogeology, hydrology and overall Pit dewatering programme. very good experience in Slope monitoring programme including Radars and Prism monitoring system for pit deformation. Conduct geotechnical design of open pits, waste dumps, stockpiles, leach pads and other realated structures. Implement design requirements and risk management in operations. Installation of Various Geotechnical Instruments at Kinross Tasiast Mine Which include Radars, T4D systems Crusher Gabion Wall prisms monitoring installations and data analysis for deformation Monitoring. Successfully update geotechnical Model, Which include Geological, Structural, Hydrogeological and Rockmass properties. Part of the team that Plan and complete the Geotechnical Pre-feasibility and feasibility study for Kinross Tasiast Mine. Communication (includes reporting to agencies) and training (related to workforce) Improve leadership skills, learn how to share a vision and how to promote collaborative work leading by example by enrolling and complete Meyvn Litmos Online courses and Face to face Coaching by Meyvn persons.
