Joint Venture between United Utilities Environmental Services & Gulf Adam Contracting Project Scope of Work: Management and Construction of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Part of The Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) of Tanajib Gas Plant (TGP) projects-(Package20)/ Alkifah Contracting - Marjan Increment Program. Client: Saudi Aramco. Plan project activities and milestones to meet agreed schedule & deadlines. Manage and report daily activities on site for management and client. Lead project activities and distribute resources at site as per schedule priority to ensure the execution is as per approved drawings and standards. Ensure the delivery of right material is on scheduled time and location on STP site. Attending regular meetings to keep project stakeholders informed of progress and overcome the works challenges. Optimize project activities and took proactive and corrective actions where necessary. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on Site. Manage activities to get deliverables accepted by SAPMT & SAPID to invoicing accordingly. Perform stakeholder’s engagement to ensure their positive influence on the deliverables. Control variances to the plan and develop recovery plan (if any is required). Studying P&ID’s, PFD’s, ISO drawings in conjunction to site visits for all activities to facilitate activities implementation smoothly and successfully. Perform regular risk assessment to determine threats and opportunities and develop adequate risk response.
Work with management to define business strategy that aligned with strategic initiatives, objectives and vision of the organization. Create and develop of new business opportunities by target a new customers and a new technology with our partners to grow our business marketing. Study and analysis job requests (RFQ) in conjunction with site visits to submit the offer that achieves company objectives and customer satisfaction. Perform best practices of project management that align with project requirements to ensure our solution provided represented an added value to customers. Manage the implementation of fire protection and CCTV systems. Seeks to achieve the targeted progress & check manpower productivity. Develop strategy for enhancement the operations by analyzing and identifying the gaps.
Project Scope of Work: EPC of National Guard Family Compound (Administrative building, local mosques, STP, water storage and pumping station). Client: Saudi Aramco/Ministry of National Guard. Conduct the quality control activities of mechanical works as per specification of project to avoid the threats and obstacles. Plan and Coordinate with construction team and consultant to perform and schedule the activities inspection to properly manage the project schedule. Participate with project management team and facilitate the processes through project life cycle. Prepare the progress report of project quality activities. Attend the meetings with consultant team to enhance the work progressing.
