• Analyzing productivity, performance, turnover, growth etc. of the employees. • Preparing Job description and Person Specification for all the portfolios of assigned businesses and departments. • Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning, update organogram and manpower summary. • Managing end to end recruitment & selection process, manpower approval, candidate scrutiny and assessment, new employees’ induction etc. • Presenting monthly HR reports and presentations in monthly review meetings of assigned business units. • Assisting in developing & monitoring HR policies in the organization. • Managing disciplinary issues of assigned portfolio personnel. • Monitoring probationary employee progress follow-up meeting with supervisor. • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Ensuring time to time communications with field force on performance improvement, health and wellbeing awareness etc.
