I specialize in building and implementing practical food safety and quality systems that drive compliance, improve day-to-day operations, and reduce risks on the ground. In parallel with my operational roles, I work as a Food Safety Systems Consultant, supporting businesses in setting up efficient systems, meeting regulatory requirements, and preparing for inspections with confidence. I’m also a Food Safety Trainer and Lecturer, having delivered training to 1,000+ trainees.
