In the past years I have gained experience in the management of projects funded by the European Union and completed 3 projects as Project Manager - Contractor's Representative. I have gained experience in the development of industrial projects, in which Planning was an essential point. In approaching an industrial project you must consider all the factors involved, various specialties, different technical needs for each type of construction or assembly work, various equipment and utilities.
From August 2023 til prezent - Rezident Engineer as part of the project - Technical assistance for project management, procurement of UIP equipment and advertising, technical assistance for supervision of works within the "Regional Project for Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Brasov County/Central Region" From November 2023 till prezent - Deputy Team Leader as part of the project "Technical assistance for the preparation of the funding application and award documentation for the Regional Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Development Project in Sibiu and Brasov counties"
From March 2023 to August 2023 - Project Manager - Contractor's Representative within the projects "Construction of the CEF 1 50 MW Sotanga photovoltaic power plant" and "Construction of the CEF 2 30 MW Doicesti photovoltaic power plant" worth approximately 90,000,000 EURO. The project was completed and put into operation in July 2023. From July 2022 to August 2023 - Project Manager - Contractor's Representative within the project "Demolition in order to bring the land back to its initial state, of the Doicesti Thermal Power Plant, demolition of the Ash Transport Pipelines", worth approximately 7,000,000 EURO. The project is completed. My responsibilities within the projects consisted of: - Coordination of the project team (Project Managers, Site Managers, Designers), - Coordination of works execution companies - Preparation of the annual investment budget, - Setting the target km of sewerage feasible to be executed, - Budget management and monitoring, - Preparation and launch of material orders, - Negotiations with potential partners (suppliers of materials or contractors).
From July 2021 to July 2022 - Project Manager - Contractor's Representative within the project "Modernization and asphalting of the runway at the Bucharest Territorial Aeroclub, Clinceni, Ilfov County", amounting to approximately 3.5 MIL EURO. The project was completed on time, and within the allocated budget. From Ian. 2020 to July 2022 - Project Manager - Contractor's Representative within the project "DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF RUNNWAY LIGHTING - CONSTRUCTIONS AND INSTALLATIONS - stage III of the AIBG, DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF TRACK BAND DEVELOPMENT - stage III of the AIBG construction", part of the new Brasov International Airport, worth approximately 11.5 Mil EURO. The project was completed on time, and within the allocated budget. From Nov. 2017 to Dec. 2019 Project Manager within the Net City project - Fiber Optic Network of Bucharest Municipality. The project consists in the execution of the infrastructure necessary for the relocation of the aerial telecommunication networks, underground, within the municipality of Bucharest, a project worth approximately 23.3 Mil EURO - Project completed and received. My responsibilities within the projects consisted of: - Coordination of the project team (Project Managers, Site Managers, Designers), - Coordination of works execution companies - Preparation of the annual investment budget, - Setting the target km of sewerage feasible to be executed, - Budget management and monitoring, - Preparation and launch of material orders, - Negotiations with potential partners (suppliers of materials or contractors).
June 2017 - October 2017 - Project Manager for refrigeration projects in Romania for retail and industrial sector. Detached to Zanotti Midle East Electromachanichal LLC from Aprill 2016 till June 2017, as a Project Manager within the "Extension of Terminal 1 of Dubai International Aeroport" ( "Long Term Expansion EKFC - EKFC 3"),beneficiary Emirates Flight Catering, Consultant I + O Consulting. My responsibility was to build Cold Room Refrigerated Systems (120 cold rooms with areas varying between 30 and 140 sqm) and refrigeration systems (about 4,000 ml of stainless steel pipeline), equipment inside technical room and technical system of command and control. Daily activities consisted in verifying the project, solving problems arising during execution of works (coordination with 22 other construction companies in various specialties to avoid any inconsistencies in our activity), organizing work crews, organizing logistics (supply materials, supplied materials) checking stocks of materials and proper management of the site functionalities to all parties for the company's activities in coordination with the General Contractor representatives. Weekly participate in project meetings with Beneficiary, Consultant and General Contractor, and monthly progress meetings. The estimated value of the project is 20 million EURO (only works executed by Zanotti Midle East).
Representative of the Contractor within the project "Integrated Waste Management System in Constanta County", consisting of three contracts: "Closure of non-conforming urban waste deposits in Constanta County", amounting to approximately 7,5 Milion EURO, "Construction of the new landfill site in the city Tortoman, Constanta County ", amounting to approximately 5 Milion EURO, "Construction of the Sorting Station and the TMB Station in Tortoman, Constanta County ", amounting to approximately 5,5 Milion Euro. The project was completed according to the contractual provisions within the term stipulated in the contract, respecting the allocated budget. The specific tasks were: • Representation of the Contractor in the relationship with the Client in terms of Legal, Technical and Financial • Negotiating with equipment suppliers, materials and service providers; • Representation of the Contractor in the relationship with the Designer in terms of Drawings and Technical solutions apllied for the Project. • Preparing contractuall corespondence for the Client • Claims (where appliable) • Identification and negotiation of potential subcontractors. • Folowing the drawing ad documents for the Thechnical Book of Construction • Team Management (Chief of Engineering, Construction Engineers, Financial Department, Quality Department, Surveyers, Foremans)
