I have substantial experience in M&A, as I have acted as lead lawyer on numerous transactions ranging from small transactions to several billion DKK transactions. I am an experienced drafter and negotiator of all types of M&A contracts and I keep focus on the commercial aspects of the transaction. I also focus on driving the transaction as smoothly as possible to make sure the transaction is completed. Furthermore, I am specialized in IT, media, entertainment and sports law. Given my practice areas I have assisted clients in a large number of transactions where the target company is dependent on IP-assets, such as IT, media and entertainment companies. I am well-known for my legal expertise within the design and fashion industry where I represent several of the most recognized designers and fashion houses.
