Overall responsibility for Tomra Production AS from where all reverse vending machines are industrialized, manufactured and after market (service, repairs and spare parts). Also part of Tomra Collection Sourcing & Supply leadership team.

Overall responsibility for the largest dairy in Norway at TINE Oslo, site Kalbakken (approx 160 FTE) and part of Leadership Team in TINE Liquid Products division. After relocation of company head quarter to site Kalbakken my role also held site SHE responsibility for +approx 1000 FTE / 230 000 sqm. Key responsibilities: High service level to our customers at competitive cost, eliminating safety incidents, reducing sick leave, securing compliance with FSSC and reduced quality losses and waste. Current results; LTI rate reduced to 0, sick leave, quality losses and waste cut in half, Building a competent world-class organization icnl. on- & off boarding, implementation of TINE production system ("DRIV"), tecnical upgrades and digitalization. Participating in developing new vision and strategy for TINE Group 2019. TINE Oslo - though located in the “Norwegian epicentre” - during Covid managed operation without being quarantined throughout the pandemic. Overall responsibility for approx 150 employees and total performance for Ulefos Jernværk AS (Iron Foundry).Main responsibility is to to embed continuous improvement as part of the company culture in order to secure future profitability. This is a key part of the Ulefos Group strategy (approx 350 empl. througout the Nordics). Site Director Ulefos Foundry is included in Ulefos Group Management Team (Corporate Leadership Team).
