My education consists mainly of economics, organizations, product development and marketing/branding. Studied 1 year at Molde High-School, 2,5 years at Gjøvik NTNU, 0,5 year at Central Saint Martin in London. I have my Bachelor in Technology design and management from Gjøvik NTNU. I have work experience within 3d modeling, technical drawing, product development, sales, event planning and strategic corporate connections. My first job was at Transmark Subsea as a Design Engineer and Draftsman. Transmark Subsea manufactures a broad range of qualified cable systems for distribution of electrical signals, power & fiber optics to the offshore subsea industry. I developed and contributed to solutions for high tech connections systems as one of the three personnel in the engineering department. https://www.transmark-subsea.com/ My second job (ongoing) is a sales engineer role within the lifting business at Gunnebo Industries. My role in the company is main responsible for sales within eastern and southern region of Norway, including Oslo. Gunnebo Industries is a global brand that produces and sell products such as crane blocks, wire rope sheaves, chain & lifting components, shackles and lashing products. The products are well known and established on the market as a premium product with outstanding safety. http://www.gunneboindustries.com/ I have through work experience found that I excels great under pressure, I am a quick fixer, helpful and receive general good trust and connections from customers and end users. I’m adapt at computers and I often help out day-to-day issues for my collegues. Tilnærmet samme stilling som tidligere, bare at jeg har gitt fra meg kvalitets ansvaret for å fokusere mer på HMS delen i å styrke selskapets fokusområde. Overgangen til den nye stillingen var frivillig og det var et ønske om å fortsette i HMS og ikke kvalitet selv om valget var vanskelig. Selve oppgavene mine er uforandret.
Per nå satt som en 50-50% stilling mellom Kvalitet og HMS. Gunnebo Anja Industrier AS er en datterbedrift under det globale konsernet KitoCrosby. Bedriften er en produksjonsbedrift for løft og fortøyningsutstyr. Primært produserer vi produkter som sjakler og fortøyningsbolter. Bedriften leverer varer over hele verden, men hovedmarkedet er Norge. Jeg er ansvarlig for å sørge for at all produksjon skjer på en trygg og miljøvennlig måte. Jeg har også ansvaret for å sørge for at produktene holder den kvaliteten og følger standardene som kreves. Jeg har i tillegg ansvar for at sertifikatene blir generert og levert til kunde etter korrekt standard. Jeg arbeider systematisk ilag med EMEA ledelsen som sitter i Sverige. Med dem arbeider jeg for å overholde konsernets strategi for videre utvikling og kvalitetssikring. Stillingen krever noe tilstedeværelse på arbeidsstasjonen, men rapportering og systemarbeid kan gjøres fra andre lokasjoner. Mye arbeid gjennomføres via Teams. I tillegg til Kvalitet og HMS er jeg også industrivern leder og kjemikaliegruppe leder og sørger for at dette blir overfulgt innenfor lovverket. Jeg har i tillegg påtatt meg en del andre mindre oppgaver som velferdskomite leder da jeg har personlig engasjement i samhold innad i bedriften. Metoden jeg bruker for å gjennomføre oppgavene mine er igjennom revisjonsarbeid, inspeksjonsarbeid og vernerunder. Deltar i fellesmøter hvor vi kartlegger utfordringer og samråd mellom vedlikehold og produksjonsledelse. Jeg rapporterer til CEO for bedriften og har pr idag ingen direkte leder ansvar ovenfor andre men jobber i en matriseorganisasjon hvor jeg fordeler ansvar som følge av observasjoner.
I started March2017 at Gunnebo Industries (department Anja) in a technical sales position. My roles are to have responsibility for all sales in the Southern and Eastern region of Norway, mainly focusing on land based industry. My position includes a fair amount of traveling where the main target is strategic corporate connecting, educating suppliers and assist suppliers of technical issues. (My role has somewhat changed lately 2019Q4 after the new corporate ownership of Crosby Group. Selling Crosby products is now a part of my day job and might be a change in the responsibility areas.) As an employee of the Engineering department in Transmark Subsea I contributed within product development between underwater connections. We had 3 main categories where I worked mostly for (Cable and Connectors, Long Lifetime Products and Seismic Products). In a time prior to 3 years I worked alongside with my superior as the only engineer/draftsman in Transmark Subsea. In June 2014 we increased to 2 draftsmen where I focused more on product development and less on technical drawing. Daily work routine was concept art with technical leader, 3d modelling on CAD system, and creating technical drawing for external production. A technical inspection of the returning pieces was required and delivered them to the assembly department.
