Oslo, Oslo, Norway
Based in Oslo, I live with my family and enjoy the serene proximity of the forest and the sea. As a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, I specialize in supplying and consulting on technical equipment—spanning sound, lighting, staging, and visual elements—for cultural and corporate events. I currently hold nine directorships and contribute actively as a business developer at Spectre and Krysse. My background is rich with various experiences, including roles as a sound engineer where I had the privilege of touring both in Norway and internationally with renowned artists such as Karpe, Ina Wroldsen, Klovner i kamp and Gabrielle, among others. My professional journey is marked by a series of leadership roles, where I have founded and steered multiple companies through phases of growth and transformation. I have been instrumental in overseeing mergers and investments, and have a strong track record in enhancing workplace culture and people management. My expertise includes budgeting, crafting and delivering presentations across diverse topics, and I possess significant experience in touring, adapting to varied environments, and effectively meeting client needs. Currently, I am engaged in significant roles at Krysse, working closely with companies in the critical late start-up to early scale-up stages, where I apply my skills to guide their strategic direction and operational enhancements. Additionally, I am in the process of establishing the Krysse Foundation, an initiative aimed at preventing teenagers from engaging with detrimental environments and instead fostering a nurturing and positive growth atmosphere. More details about the foundation will be available soon. I am deeply interested in practical methodologies for achieving results, the advancements of Industry 5.0, and the dynamics of organizational change. I am also passionate about mental training and improving life quality through actionable guidelines. I firmly believe in proactively shaping the future, as encapsulated by my favorite maxim: "We can't predict the future. We have to create it."
