Morten jobber til daglig med å skape datadrevet innsikt til besluttningsstøtte, prosessforbedring og automatisering. Han er spesialisert i backend-utvikling og utforming av dataanalyser i Python, samt bygging av komplekse dashbord og rapporteringsløsninger. Morten leder et team med tre utviklere som er dedikert til å innovere arbeidsmetoder, produkter og leveranser for Advokatfirmaet PwC. Videre er han en sentral figur i PwCs satsning på upskilling av ansatte i formidling av datainnsikt.
Hired to work in a cross functional team of 3 interns on multiple improvement project in one of Orkla’s production plants. The projects include streamlining information- and material flow, reducing waste, reducing changeover times and standardizing work procedures. This required gaining insight in the production, the supporting functions and the interaction between them. Data collection and analysis combined with creative thinking was essential to effectively solve the problems at hand.
Brought in to update personnel records in compliance with new GDPR rules and to assist current HR staff with tasks like preparing employee contracts and assisting payroll with relevant employee information.
