After almost 10 years at Amazon Ads, I took time off to recharge, explore a few long-held goals, and gain new perspectives. Highlights included: • Crossing the Alps by bike (east to west) from Zederhaus (Salzburger Lungau) to Courmayeur (Aosta valley) • Riding 324 km from Passau to Vienna in a single day, inspired by the Apidura Parallels long distance riding challenge (https://www.apidura.com/parallels/) • Traveling through Japan and South Korea and running marathons in Tokyo and Seoul during this time • Started my Health Coach education in early 2025 (https://www.medletics-academy.de/health-coach-ausbildung) It’s been a mix of movement, mindset, and meaningful rest — and I’m now looking forward to what’s next with fresh energy and focus.
