Travel Contracts: 14+ years Contracting & Procurement experience: negotiation and management of airline, hotel and ancillary travel services agreements 14+ years Corporate Account management experience: managing a portfolio of high profile corporate customers, dealing at all levels of an organisation across multiple locations, demonstrated by the following examples: - Developed and implemented pre- and post-award contract performance management tactics including performance measures and analysis, contract financial planning, demand management, Shell traveller compliance and behaviour monitoring, and the organisation of strategic and tactical-level performance reviews with our supplier partners. - Executed agreed de-mobilisation of previous contracts and mobilisation of new contracts including establishment of the Contract Management Action Plans. - Consolidated and analysed air, car, rail, and hotel performance data and facilitate strategic/tactical-level contract performance reviews for ongoing improvement. - Drove contract value by leveraging spend according to contract strategies with data that can at times be incomplete. Hotel Contracts: responsible for the management of all preferred Hotel Contracts for the EMEA Region.

Optimized hotel supplier contracts through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation. - Customer Engagement: Crafted a customer behaviour altering solution to which all senior stakeholders within my geographies reacted positively to. Proactively presented to various Country Coordination Teams and Country Chairs, which led to Travel Guidelines endorsement by all countries. Proactively seeked out opportunities for leading virtual and face-to-face online booking training and general traveller engagement sessions within my geographical remit, all the time sharing best practices and experiences across the wider team and with main suppliers.
