Communicate needs proactively with overall RHR and HR department and business management and seek to develop integrated solutions. Consult on a wide range of performance management issues, including performance expectations, performance improvement plans, and staff development issues. Provide confidential consultations to help staff resolve issues with management and co-workers. Guide staff, management, and sr. leaders through conflict resolution and mediation. Work with parties to identify and implement desired outcomes. Partner with research leaders and HR leaders in HR strategies that positively impact employee engagement and recruitment of the very best: from initial recruitment stage to career development and on-going strategies of retaining excellence at all levels.
- Help young girls develop self-esteem, confidence and admiration for themselves through running activities, weekly lessons, and group discussions. - Applied post-practice interaction training program for both parents and children. - Interact with school board representatives, teachers, and parents regarding issues such as, fundraising, practice scheduling, program integration within the school, and initial student sign up. - Organize weekly practice activities, group therapy sessions, and topics of discussion for group meetings with assistant coaches.
