As a Creator Growth Manager + Team Lead, I continue to support key accounts as a CGM while also leading a team of Creator Growth Managers. In this role, I provide strategic oversight, track team performance to drive continuous improvement and growing impact, plan tests and use data to drive decisions and improvements, optimize processes, expand processes to new business opportunities, and foster a collaborative team spirit. As a Creator Growth Manager, I adopted a more consultative, growth-focused approach to account management, working closely with creators to help them increase audience growth, subscriber engagement, and increase their revenue. I provided data-driven insights and tailored growth strategies based on each creator’s unique goals and audience and helped creators understand and apply evolving email marketing trends and innovative strategies for continued success. From April 2023 - April 2024, I helped multiple New York Times best selling authors increase their list growth by over 20% by investing in strategic partnerships and adopting new features in an ever-growing and changing market.
As an Account Manager at ConvertKit, I provided in-depth support to our largest clients. I built and maintained strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts, ensuring their continued success with the platform. My role involved strategic consulting, where I provided personalized advice on improving email marketing strategies and maximizing the use of ConvertKit’s features. I also used data analysis to identify individualized opportunities for growth and performance improvement while considering market and product trends.
In my role as an Implementations Project Manager, I managed the migration process for new, large customers joining ConvertKit. This position demanded strong project management skills, as I coordinated timelines and ensured that data was migrated without error. By working closely with technical teams and maintaining regular communication with clients, I proactively addressed any concerns and ensured seamless transitions. My attention to detail and technical aptitude were key in ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process. As a result, I continually managed several high-profile migrations, reduced the migration time, improved processes and tooling across the team, and increased overall customer satisfaction.
