During this time, I focused on professional development—earning both CAPM® and PMP® certifications—and took the opportunity to reflect on how to best align my scientific background and leadership experience with long-term career goals. This break also allowed me to recharge, pursue creative interests, and deepen my commitment to delivering impactful, cross-functional work in the life sciences. I was very fortunate to be able to use this time off to spend quality time with my family. I’m now actively seeking my next opportunity where I can contribute to innovative, collaborative, and mission-driven teams in the pharmaceutical and biotech space.

Built, managed, and developed an in-process testing team to meet tight manufacturing timelines for GMP production. Coordinated testing of vaccine components, followed GMP change control processes, and fostered communication between manufacturing and testing teams. Led cross-departmental collaboration to drive timeline of vaccine production through pre-GMP scale up stability studies. Key responsibilities included tracking and managing project scope, schedule, risk analysis, and presenting updates to key stakeholders and executives to enable forward process decisions. Engaged with global team members, internal teams, and vendors (CROs) to execute projects in high-pressure situations. Routinely presented project updates and dashboards to monitor project progress, timelines, and budget as well as presenting risk analysis and proposing mitigation strategies.
