Ensure that the QA strategy suitable to the project is defined and followed. Support the project manager in preparation of quality relevant presentations towards customer (8D report, ASPICE status, etc.,). Perform random checks on project artefacts and work products and report the critical points in PRC. Support the project for preparation for system/process audits, customer specific presentations and during Quality Gates. Support in any Lessons Learned of the project. If necessary, attend the customer meetings representing quality aspects with regards to content. Ensure, that quality related focus points identified in the customer meeting are covered with appropriate measures (eg. OPL) in the project. Support for central audits in audit planning, guiding the projects and tracking the measures. Review documents like the release letter before they are sent to the customer. Identify coaching needs for the adequate implementation of the processes and methods, and support the team or address to the management. Contact and involve the process responsible / process owners and experts if needed. Identify / collect process improvement ideas/requests and address them to the process owner / process responsible or EPG via the Q organization. Approve the PMP.
