As a key member of the SyncHR Executive Team, Mike led a team of ~40 employees in the US and internationally to establish and execute on a customer success strategy. Mike quickly established best-practice processes, standards and solutions to support the quickly expanding organization. Mike focused on the overall customer experience, improving the Customer Onboarding, Customer Care and Customer Data and Analytics areas.
As the Senior Director of Data and Analytics, built and managed at team of ~12 employees, to plan and execute on a data and analytics strategy that significantly improved the SyncHR product reporting and integration landscape. Applying his extensive background in business process change/transformation, large-scale business intelligence, knowledge management, custom solution implementations, Mike was able to quickly build a top-tier team, establish a strategic roadmap and address critical business needs. Prior to joining syncHR, Mike spent the majority of his career in the consulting industry leading and delivering technology & business projects in multiple industry verticals and solutions.
