After a career as a pilot and flight department manager that spanned both military and business aviation, I realized that my life purpose is actually all about people. With that insight, I became credentialed as a coach, opened my own coaching and leadership company, and set out to change the world! I thrive on partnering with my clients in coaching to achieve their goals and dreams and make a positive difference in their own lives. I have a passion for coaching, and I believe the process can be a benefit to everyone! Speaking with people about values based leadership, whether in a keynote address at a convention or a small workshop with a company’s leadership team, helps transform the workplace into an energetic space with engaged and empowered managers and employees. As a credentialed coach that is also a Certified Aviation Manager, I am uniquely qualified to work with an aviation team, whether in a flight department, FBO, or OEM. Team Coaching gets everyone working together toward mutual goals, in order to become an exceptional, high-performing team. I am also the author of the County Collecting series of books, available on Amazon. Starting in 2009, I began my passion of visiting and documenting the courthouses of every county in the United States. After visiting and taking photos, I would write a one-page document, detailing my visit and describing what was important or interesting about the county. Now, these observations have been compiled into books, one for every state in the US, with plans to expand to the British Isles and Canada. My Life Purpose is to use the energy from igniting hope in others, to transport people from the "unknown" to the "connected", raising our vibrational level, and helping us each create a better version of ourselves. I live this Life Purpose through personal and professional life coaching, facilitating leadership workshops and classes, teaching people how to be coaches, and working with people to be happier in their relationships.
