With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I have provided strategic HR leadership across multiple organizations, focusing on HR planning, recruitment, learning and development, and organizational development. Most recently, as Head of Human Resources at Eastern Bank Limited, I led initiatives that included creating HR policies for four organizations, implementing a compensation and benefits strategy, and driving employee engagement programs. My tenure also involved developing mobile-based HR technology solutions, fostering leadership pipelines, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
