About

Strategy without execution is aspiration. Execution without strategy is chaos. I deliver both. I am a social impact and systems-change leader with a career grounded in law, education, and cross-sector strategy. What sets my approach apart is the ability to bridge strategy and execution, pairing data-driven insights with community-informed design. I've led large-scale initiatives end to end, developed learning and evaluation frameworks tied to clear KPIs, and built the operational and budgetary systems that keep programs accountable and built to scale. My leadership emphasizes equity, collaboration, and clarity. My career began in law, where I expected accountability to reside in courtrooms and legal briefs. I quickly realized that by the time someone needs a lawyer, systems have often already failed them. Investigating school districts' compliance with civil rights laws revealed a gap between policy on paper and lived experience, prompting me to move closer to where decisions shape outcomes. That shift led me into education, where I worked directly with young people and saw how a timely intervention, a supportive adult, or a well-designed policy can fundamentally alter life trajectories. The lesson: durable change happens upstream, when systems support people early and equitably. Since then, I've held roles across the public and private sectors, leading initiatives in housing discrimination, educational equity, and economic empowerment. Over the past four years, I've managed multi-million-dollar portfolios addressing disaster resilience, workforce readiness, and relationship abuse prevention, building these programs from the ground up and owning the budgets, external partnerships, and stakeholder networks that carry them from strategy into execution. I bring executive teams a distinctive blend of strengths: legal analytical discipline, educator's empathy, and a systems-thinker's ability to operationalize vision. I thrive in complex environments, managing cross-functional teams, and driving clarity and measurable results where ambiguity is high. I approach my work as an everyday humanitarian because I want for others what I want for myself: the opportunity to fulfill our deepest purpose. People deserve more than survival. We all deserve systems that enable us to thrive.
