Sales Support Administrator. I manage internal sales which include a wide variety of duties such as sending out quotations and order processing on acceptance of quotations. Quotations consist of either local supplies or overseas supplies which are calculated based on rate of exchange and shipping cost. Also included is managing deliveries and processing supplier invoices to complete end of job costing. I regularly manage imports and exports which forms part of order processing. Financial duties consist of tracking supplier invoices and processing to accounts for month end payments (including processing of foreign invoices which is done by commercial banking); following up for outstanding payments from customers and creating customer invoicing. General duties include filing, taking meeting minutes, receptionist and assist customers with basic information. I have also occasionally assisted in creating company brochures, banners or newsletters for marketing purposes. I also assist the company in arranging visas, flight tickets etc. for employees who visit foreign countries. This also includes the duty of invoicing our customers in different currencies. Office duties include managing kitchen supplies, stationary for employees, general maintenance of the buildings and managing of petty cash. I assist management in general HR issues such as leave requests; obtaining company documents such as the Letter of Good standing etc. I was recently introduced to safety, health, environment and quality which includes creating procedures, managing tools, PPE and gathering information to ensure employees safe working. Store management duties consist of stock keeping; consignment stock and stock taking
