Monique is an experienced Autistic and ADHD'er neurodiversity affirming Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor working with Autistic and ADHD adults, Trauma and Chronic Illness/Pain. She has consulted on the National Autism Strategy, and for DEI committees, presented at multiple national conferences on Autism, ADHD and Neurodiversity Affirming Practice and does training and advocacy work. She is Co-Director of Divergent Futures Training and Co-Author of the No.1 Bestselling book in the Autism Category on Amazon 'The Neurodivergence Skills Workbook for Autism and ADHD: Cultivate Self-Compassion and Be Your Own Advocate'. Monique co-hosts a popular podcast with Clinical Neuropsychologist Dr Michelle Livock called The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast which has over 2 million downloads and is in the top 1% of podcasts on Spotify. She is based at Redlands Psychologists in Brisbane offering therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Structural Dissociation therapy. She also does Autism and ADHD assessment with adult clients. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and believes in a person-centred holistic approach. Monique is and Accredited EMDR therapist and member of EMDRAA, as well as a member of AADPA.
