Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines
Executive Assistant with 13 years of experience enabling C-level executives to focus on strategy while ensuring seamless execution across operations, events, and cross-functional projects. Known for delivering high-impact executive support, optimizing office operations, and flawlessly orchestrating VIP visits and corporate events with excellence and attention to details. Driven by a passion for bringing people together, building a positive workplace culture, and helping teams grow through meaningful connection and development. Beyond my role, I actively champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through employee resource groups that empower women and promote an active lifestyle through volleyball. I’ve proudly represented both Head Office and the Market in the APAC Volleyball Competition. I also stay connected with professional communities, continuously honing my administrative and leadership skills through the Philippine Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (PAS). I thrive in dynamic environments where I can blend executive support, operations leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results and create impact.
If there’s one thing volleyball has taught me, it’s versatility. My strongest asset? Floor defense. But the court has seen me in almost every role: sometimes an open hitter, other times an opposite hitter. Just this August, joined an all-women’s league where I challenged myself by playing libero for the first time and now I’m exploring to be a setter (turns out playmaking is just as fun as attacking). The only position I’ll never try? Middle blocker — my height and my jump simply refuses to cooperate. Volleyball has also given me some unforgettable moments: Last year, I was proud to represent the Philippine market at the APAC Games, competing against 13 countries/markets — and we finished as 1st Runner Up. Prior to that, I was honored to be named as part of the Mythical Six at our National Sportsfest. What I love most is that every role, every game, and every tournament pushes me to adapt, learn, and contribute in different ways — both on the court and beyond. Here’s to embracing versatility — and always diving for that next ball! #Volleyball #Teamwork #Versatility #AlwaysLearning
Building Excellence Beyond the Workplace: My Journey with PAS While focused on my corporate career, I also seek ways to continuously improve myself and to be of service to others in the same profession through my involvement with the Philippine Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals, Inc. (PAS) — a non-profit organization dedicated to sustaining a culture of administrative excellence in the Philippines. I officially became a member in 2022, and since then, my journey with PAS has been both fulfilling and impactful: 2023 – Secretary of the Board of Directors • Helped grow attendance at the Admin Professionals Summit. • Represented PAS as a delegate to the 25th ASA Congress in Bangkok. • Led our civic outreach project C.O.P.E. (Civic Outreach Program for the Elderly) at the Josefheim Foundation Home for the Elderly and Abandoned. • Recruited new members into the association. 2024 – Treasurer • Secured significant sponsorships for PAS and the Admin Pro Summit. • Organized a General Membership Meeting hosted by an exclusive BGC club. • Mounted the first Inter-Color Bowling Tournament at Metro Club, Makati. 2025 – Panelist, Admin Pro Summit • Took part in a live Q&A panel, sharing insights and experiences as an administrative professional. I am grateful for the trust given to me and for the opportunities to serve, lead, and represent our profession. I look forward to contributing further to PAS and to the advancement of the administrative community in the Philippines. #PAS #AdminProfessionals #Leadership #Community #ProfessionalGrowth
I’m grateful and proud to share my journey as Co-Chair of TogetHER Philippines, an employee resource group that fosters women’s empowerment, creates safe spaces, and promotes equal opportunities for women in the workplace and beyond. What inspired me to join was the chance to have a safe space where women can come together, be vulnerable, and share our stories. During our first CONNECT session, I shared how wonderful it feels to have meaningful conversations around the daily struggles we face — without having to justify our emotions or fears. I was surprised, yet comforted, to realize that many of us share the same experiences and challenges. Knowing I wasn’t alone was both empowering and reassuring. Through TogetHER, I’ve been able to: • Learn from the diverse experiences and backgrounds of other women • Gain mentors and sponsors who challenge and support me • Contribute to something beyond my core role • Create impact and raise awareness on issues that matter Most of all, I believe women can grow in ways that only happen when we support each other in a space built for us. Since stepping into this role, I’ve been proud to co-lead initiatives such as: • Our launch in October 2024 with 60 participants in person and 100 virtual, where I also helped bring in sponsors that made the event more exciting and impactful • Women’s Run PH, which gathered over 100 attendees and built energy for women supporting breast cancer awareness. • A month-long Women’s Month 2025 celebration, where we organized weekly workshops and capped it with an inspiring all-women’s run at MOA Being Co-Chair of TogetHER Philippines has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It allows me to grow, contribute, and, most importantly, help create a community where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. Here’s to more safe spaces, stronger voices, and greater impact — together. #TogetHERPhilippines #WomensEmpowerment #Leadership #SafeSpaces #Community
