I am a partner in Squire Patton Boggs’ London Restructuring & Insolvency Group. My practice includes cross border situations across a variety of sectors including project finance, retail, infrastructure, energy and natural resources in both distressed and non-distressed scenarios. I act for turnaround directors and directors of distressed companies. I also act for financial institutions, creditors and distressed companies in connection with the restructuring of defaulting facilities, administrations, liquidations and receiverships. I also advise on the enforcement of security and regularly act for administrators, liquidators and receivers in relation to their appointment and ongoing advice during the course of the insolvency.
