Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Architect with a construction PM background and a bit of an entrepreneurial streak. I have worked on both sides of the project, producing architectural drawings and construction documents on institutional and residential builds in Toronto, and managing construction delivery on fit-outs, renovations and luxury residential projects before that. I also spent several years running my own furniture manufacturing business, which added a layer of operational and commercial awareness to everything I do. Tools: Revit · BIM 360 · AutoCAD · Procore · Bluebeam · SketchUp · MS Project · Excel
• Made a decision to pause after feasibility analysis showed the unit economics required more capital and time than available. • Conducted cross-border furniture supplier sourcing across 4 countries, negotiated vendor contracts, and built full project cost models (materials, labor, logistics, contingency).
• Contributed to drawing packages for a 2.8M sq ft Ontario hospital, one of Canada's largest active healthcare projects; across DD to CD phases. • Coordinated roof and core deliverables with envelope and consultant teams via BIM 360, model reviews, and weekly issue resolution.
• Prepared proposal packages, drawings, and presentation sets for project submissions and multi-discipline coordination.
• Managed end-to-end delivery of 200+ custom pieces: client scope definition, multi-vendor sequencing across 4 specialist trades, QA, and final handover. • Built detailed project cost (materials, labor, logistics, contingency) and led supplier negotiations across Latin America to assess Canadian market feasibility.
• Led end-to-end mall retail fit-out delivery as main point of contact for client, mall management, and trades • Coordinated demolition, procurement, sequencing, and field problem-solving to support opening readiness • Ran weekly coordination meetings with contractors and consultants and maintained clear tracking and follow-up
