My objective is simple: boots the revenues, without forgetting the distribution cost and therefore improve the margin. Dygital technologies and environmental priority are reshaping the distribution logic and play a key role nowadays on the distribution competitive advantage, being sustainable and profitable is feasible and should be companies’ key priority. Concretely I teach, do research and advisorship on sustainable channel management and retailing at the international level both on traditional and digital channels. My areas of expertise: technology & digital transformation in retail, multichannel & omnichannel management, relationship management, channel management, retail marketing strategy and innovation. Key topics I work on: retailers CSR policies, customer centricity, online shopping and e-commerce, digital technologies in retail, privacy management, multichannel distribution strategies, omnichannel integration, retail innovation, category management, loyalty management, partnership management, sales boost, retailer-manufacturer collaboration. Industries: Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), fashion, telecom, pharmaceutical, optical sector, household building material and business-to-business industries.
