I am a business and leadership coach specialising in 1:1 executive and performance coaching for founders, business owners, managing directors and CEOs. I work 1:1 with the person at the top of a growing business. No set programme, no modules, no cohorts. Just focused work built entirely around you, your team, and what your business actually needs right now. Every client partnership starts with understanding exactly where you are, what is working, and where the real gaps are. WHAT I DO Most problems clients bring to me — team performance, hiring decisions, lack of process, resistance to change — are leadership problems in disguise. Unaddressed, they put a ceiling on everything and create constant stress and firefighting. We work on three things: ➔ You as a leader ➔ Your team ➔ Your business WHAT CHANGES ➔ Fewer decisions landing back with you ➔ A team that takes real ownership ➔ Clearer priorities and less firefighting ➔ More thinking time and headspace ➔ Calmer more confident decision-making ➔ A performing business that feels good to run again WHY ME I have over 30 years of leadership and management experience across startups and corporates, with responsibility for teams of 40 or more, HR, people strategy, sales and operations. Within those roles I also worked as a business partner, embedded within leadership teams to support performance, decision-making and organisational development. At 50, I decided to open my own online coaching practice. I began working with senior leaders from Amazon, Warner Brothers, Nike, the NHS and more — and founders also kept finding their way to me. The results and feedback were incredible. In corporate, business partnering and executive coaching are standard and key to peak performance. Founders rarely have that. And I know from my own experience how lonely it gets at the top of a growing business. Having someone who acts as your thinking partner and sounding board, someone who knows your business as well as you do — that is what makes the difference. That is why I do this work. Many clients come to me after trying group programmes or peer communities. Useful, but not enough for the specific challenges of leading a growing business. That is where individual bespoke work comes into its own. I work with founders, MDs and CEOs whose businesses have grown, but who are still needed everywhere and exhausted by it. This is the phase where: - the business is working - complexity has increased - and the founder has become the bottleneck without realising it My work focuses on helping founders shift from being central to everything, to leading in a way that fits the current stage of the business. The work is always one to one and tailored to the specific context of the founder and their business. Typical outcomes include: - fewer decisions escalating back to the founder - clearer judgement and decision-making under pressure - stronger ownership and accountability in the team - more time, headspace, and control Approach: - performance and leadership coaching grounded in neuroscience - behavioural insight and stress regulation under pressure - experience across startups and complex organisations
Advising start-ups and scaling businesses on people strategy and organisational growth. Combining HR expertise with sales experience to help leadership teams strengthen both culture and commercial performance.
Held senior operational leadership roles across multiple Fitness First clubs during periods of growth, restructuring, and commercial pressure. Key scope and experience included: - Leadership of multi-site operations with teams of 40+ staff - P&L responsibility for multi-million-pound operations - Full accountability for revenue growth, cost control, and commercial performance - Managing increasing operational complexity, including refurbishments, infrastructure change, and restructures - Leading through periods of redundancy, performance pressure, and organisational change - Hiring, developing, and managing leadership teams under sustained commercial targets - Delivering sales management and leadership development in high-pressure environments Alongside operational leadership, worked in a Talent Business Partner role supporting leadership development, succession planning, and managerial capability across 22 London businesses. This period shaped my understanding of how leadership demands change as scale and complexity increase, and how easily leaders become central to everything when growth accelerates.

Coached professionals and leaders to improve strength, achieve healthy weight loss, and rebuild confidence post-rehab.
