Over the past 35 years, I’ve worked with leading organizations — from HP, Deloitte, and GB Foods to Barcelona City Council, EIT InnoEnergy, and Mobile World Capital — helping them design strategies, build ecosystems, and bring bold ideas to life. Today, as Director of Innovation & Business Development at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), I connect the worlds of AI, quantum, and supercomputing with companies and investors ready to scale breakthrough technologies. I lead programs that transform research into spin-offs, partnerships, and sustainable business opportunities. I also teach at EU Business School, where I guide MBA and Master’s students through hands-on innovation and entrepreneurship labs — helping them turn their ideas into ventures that matter. My international background — with an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA — has shaped my belief that innovation happens where purpose, people, and technology meet. I love building bridges between academia, industry, and startups to turn science and creativity into value for society.
Reporting to the BSC Innovation and Business Development director, the Business Development coordinator supports activities mainly focused on building the BSC strong and positive relationships with clients and business partners, as well as managing the business development team that works to close agreements with high-level/multinational companies as BSC customers.
