I was participating in selecting the recommendation list of restaurants & shops by experiencing some myself & checking guest reviews for others, I was trained for handling limousine requests & providing directions using maps. Trained for handling flight tickets, holding packages for collection. & making travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours. I was assisting my team in enhancing their English language by giving two sessions per week. I used to give presentations about soft skills, human development & concierge duties. I participated in the important visits held in the hotel as Arne Sorenson, john Rees, ambassadors & other visits. I also used to cover the butler service desk when they were not available.
