Head of the standalone Dairy, Cereals & Beverages business operation, worth USD 300m with a staff of 1800+ and 2 factories. Provided milk sourcing support to Dairy Partners of America (JV with Fonterra Company from NZ). • Developed the business in a very challenging and ambiguous environment balancing financial and political exposure, resulting in 18.2% CAGR, while almost doubling the profit margin. • Successfully defended the Powdered Milk price-controlled business from threat of nationalisation. and created business value developing the portfolio through innovative NPDs.
