One month consultancy to work on the International Remuneration Principles for the MSF International bureau as well as working on recruitment and HR principles on Mobility and Diversity. Worked on defining the Scope, Stakeholders, Governance, Methodology and overall timeline of the Remuneration principles. Worked on rephrasing, reviewing and preparing presentations on the HR Principles.
➢ Established the strategic principles on recruitment, selection, placement, training, retention and support of qualified field staff to meet operational needs on the field, for our Japanese, Korean and Russian field volunteers - Increased departures by 60%, more than doubled the number of upper management sent to the field, increased retention and training/career development plans. -Managed domestic HR for new office in Seoul (40%) – from hiring, policy writing, consolidation of needs in the office and all HR matters related to building a new entity ➢ Worked on international mobility policy and International Remuneration packages ➢ Used: HRIS databases ➢ Demonstrated the ability to work efficiently & strategically under pressure, negotiate, delegate, build good relationships with different stake holders from around the world and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Managed a staff of 350 national staff and 30 expatriate staff working in various projects in Pakistan with a budget of 5 million euro. Analyzed and implemented the project budget as well as the combined HR and Finance strategies for the mission ➢ Worked on intersectional MSF HR harmonization, ensuring all sections implemented the same salary scales, function grids and job descriptions for similar positions. ➢ Used: HRIS: Homere.
