“My story from Libraries to Knowledge Ecosystems” I began my professional journey dreaming of becoming a public librarian — someone who connects people to books and ideas. That passion evolved when I transitioned into Knowledge Management after earning my Master’s from McGill University. Today, I help development organizations surface hidden knowledge, transform it into practical tools, and make it accessible across teams. My work focuses on connecting people to each other’s expertise — not just content — through KM strategies, storytelling, and process innovation. With over 10 years in international development, I’ve built tools like the Knowledge Process Map, and led knowledge-sharing initiatives across complex, multicultural teams. I also curate bi-annual newsletters and serve as a “knowledge journalist” capturing lessons learned and success stories. I’m particularly passionate about: • Designing people-centered KM systems • Building cultures of continuous learning • Empowering women and youth through knowledge Currently open to roles in Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, and Strategic Communication — especially those bridging technology, culture, and impact. Let’s connect if you’re exploring how knowledge can become your organization’s greatest asset — or simply want to exchange ideas on meaningful work.
