About

I am an events and marketing professional with a passion for telling Kentucky’s story through meaningful experiences, strategic promotion, and community connection. in my current role as promotions manager at the Kentucky Derby Museum, I lead the planning, promotion, and execution of the museums ticketed events - including the Legends Series, Derby Hat Show, Biscuits & Bourbon, and seasonal programs that engage both local and visiting audiences. From concept to launch, I manage timelines, partnerships, ticket, sales strategy, and on-site execution to bring large-scale events to life. A proud University of Kentucky graduate, I earned three degrees in Agricultural Economics, Marketing, and Management, along with a minor in Business and a certificate in Distillation, Wine, and Brewing Studies. My academic background, paired with hands-on experience, allows me to approach marketing and events with both creativity and a strong understanding of the agricultural and heritage-based industries that fuel Kentucky’s economy. I am deeply passionate about agriculture, bourbon, tourism, and the people and traditions that make Kentucky shine. Whether through social media, experiential marketing, or community-focused initiatives, I enjoy creating work that connects audiences to purpose-driven brands. I’m motivated by collaboration, storytelling, and opportunities that allow me to make a positive impact while celebrating the industries and communities I care most about
