Successfully launched a new Flexible Work policy
• End to end project management of strategic HR projects • Consult with HR business partners to understand impacts of their client groups with the ability to translate information to project insight; help influence and align process and practices • Help build “centre of excellence” with increased overarching structure and best practices (e.g. toolkits, standards, roles and responsibilities, lessons learned) • Partner with Bell’s Corporate Communications and Brand teams to maintain governance and continue to improve experience of the corporate web site • Research HR tools and processes to understand current state with ability to make recommendations on future state • Manage and lead change management activities to promote the adoption of new initiatives in the business • Partnered with a cross functional team to launch a new corporate internal web site that reduce duplicated and outdated content by 90% and improved employee experience • Created a process to ensure a more positive and consistent onboarding experience for new team members joining Bell as part of a merger or acquisition
Responsible for helping to create and support Bell's Social Recruitment Strategy. Duties included building a loyal and engaged Talent Community, managing social media communities, maintaining the social media editorial calendar as well as monitoring and engaging conversations with potential candidates. Responsibilities also included creating and diffusing Talent Acquisition visual and written content which generated engagement and excitement about the brand.
